dated 17th December 2007. Project duration 2 Years,2009 to 2011.
- As a Co principal investigator for project titled "Parameter Extraction PSP MOS Model using Particle Swarm Optimization", Recievd 1.45 Lac Rs Minor research grant from GUJCOST on 2016. Project is under process.
